Made for Brazil – Authentication System
Challenge:
Unauthorized imported devices were being sold across Brazilian retail channels without official registration, eroding customer trust at the moment of purchase and weakening brand credibility. There was no clear authenticity signal, nor standardized guidance for retail partners to communicate official product status.

Project:
I led the initiative end-to-end, from diagnosis to national rollout. After identifying key trust gaps in the customer journey (especially in search results and product detail pages), I designed a scalable visual authentication system, the “Made for Brazil” badge, integrated into the broader design system. I established placement rules, retail implementation playbooks, and a governance model to ensure consistency and nationwide adoption.

Results:
We established a national authentication protocol across Brazilian retail channels, significantly improving trust perception at the point of decision. The solution reduced ambiguity, strengthened retail partner alignment, and created a scalable foundation for expansion into other emerging markets.
